(Senior) Construction Manager / Project Manager in Condominium Construction (LPH 6-9) (m/f/d)

You will accompany our new construction projects from land purchase, construction to customer transfer or your own management. Here you are the face of the BBF for our new building projects (closed housing construction, partly kitas and student apartments), from pre-planning for an interesting plot to hand over to the buyers. This includes: Construction management for new buildings (LPH 6–9) – You are responsible for the construction and project management in the entire development, planning and implementation phase. You control the external planners and service providers with the focus on achieving quality, time and cost targets. The documentation, acceptance and billing of all works is part of your daily tasks. For external construction managers, you have close contact with them. The acceptance of defects and subsequent elimination of defects is of course yours. Calls for tenders – You will start the tendering procedure for the various companies and carry out the tender evaluation, awarding and commissioning of the exporting companies in individual contracts. For this purpose, for example Mass investigations and examine the documents and plans for plausibility prepared by the specialist planners. Accounting – You are responsible for auditing the accounts of the after-contractors, conducting negotiations on rebates and control of performance levels. Our face to the outside – you take over the building’s representation to authorities and other project participants. You are also the first contact person for the purchasers in all matters, including the care of special requests. Residential properties – You support the technical inventory management through visits and the construction management of renovations.

You have successfully completed a degree with reference to the construction industry, for example civil engineering or architecture, at least with Bachelor, preferably with Master/Diplom or equivalent. Relevant professional experience as building and/or project manager (LPH 6–9) in the new building of turnkey condominiums of at least five years. Competence in tendering, procurement and settlement procedures. Skill in dealing with business partners, customer-oriented appearance and routine in negotiation. Safety in dealing with the VOB, relevant standards and regulations. A high self-motivation as well as a result-oriented and economic thinking and action are of course for you. You own a class B license or comparable. You have good MS Office knowledge, good organizational and communication skills, and secure German knowledge in word and writing.
