Team Leader Quality Management (m/f/d)

Optimization, further development and sustainable management of the quality management system Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legal requirements and internal quality standards Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits Analysis of quality indicators and derivation and implementation of appropriate improvement measures Control of complaint, deviation and corrective action processes Promoting sustainable quality culture and continuous improvement processes (KVP) Consultation and support of the departments in all quality issues Creation, maintenance and further development of quality-relevant documentation and processes Leading a2 team in QM and QS Cooperation with customers, suppliers and certification and supervisory bodies

Completed training or study with a focus on quality management or comparable qualifications and multiannual professional experience in QM First leadership experience desirable Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) Structured and solution-oriented operation Good MS Office knowledge
