Efficient OP control: You ensure a smooth OP run and are responsible for the OP planning as well as the optimal use of human and material resources. Responsible personnel management: You take over the personnel deployment planning, promote the professional and personal development of your team and accompany training, training and further training. You are distinguished by strong leadership, communication strength and decision-making. A high sense of responsibility, organisational skills and enforcement are among your strengths.
