Site Manager Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology (m/f/d)

Project coordination: independent organisation and implementation of projects in the field of ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technology. Installation control: planning and management of the assembly work and performance of subcontractors as well as coordination of the works at the construction site. Interface function: coordination with clients and specialist planners as well as implementation of construction meetings and site visits. Controlling: quality, timetables, costs and compliance with work protection requirements. Technical back office: Examination of documents, technical drawings and performance directories. Documentation: Creation and verification of measurements, documentation and accounting documents as well as support in technical acceptance and handover. Qualification & Crossing: A completed training as a plant mechanic in the field of SHK, preferably supplemented by master or technician training. Alternatively, you will impress us as a cross-releaser with extensive, well-founded professional experience as an experienced upper monster or with an equivalent qualification in a related TGA area (e.g. heating/sanitary). Experience: professional experience in construction management or in the independent management of assembly teams in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology. Know-how: Good knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and standards as well as safe handling of MS Office and a class B driving licence. Personality: Self-confident, enforceable appearance, a structured way of working, organisational talent and joy in communicating with customers, technicians and project partners.
