Signature-ready preparation of regulatory approval of legal transactions and measures of fundamental importance with significant obligations of legal, economic or financial nature elaboration of individual authorisations including comprehensive investigation of facts, complete examination of all legal/economic aspects with expert opinion Show alternative procedures, review of (notarial) contracts and self-creation of licensing contracts in cooperation with internal and external bodies Legal supervision in the field of ecclesiastical associations and associations as well as religious communities (e.g. new foundations, resolutions, restructurings) taking into account legal, corporate, social and tax issues Legal accompaniment of the project “Pastoral Development 2034” (design of legal foundations of purpose/cooperation agreements as well as the development of state-, church- and foundation-law foundations and processes for combining church foundations) Self-responsible and independent leadership of team assistance
