The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. The SOS Children's Village Bremen is currently active in more than 20 locations for children, young people and families. For our SOS Children's Village Bremen we are looking for a social pedagogue (m/w/d) for our outpatient help in an indefinite job, part-time (30 hours/day) Your task: The team of flexible help supports young people aged 16 to 21, who need intensive care and advice. The pedagogical team of eight employees accompanies the stabilization and learning of an independent and self-determined lifestyle. The young people are given rooms for their own experiences and professional accompaniment in their self- and foreign perception. In individual and tandem work, low-swelling and resource-oriented strategies are developed with young people so that a transition to self-employment can be achieved. Since this is an outpatient measure, there are no night or weekend services. They bring professional experience in the field of stationary and/or outpatient child and youth assistance.
