IT specialist in the on-site service of the school IT department (m/f/d)

We are a dynamically growing IT-Zweckverband, founded by the Pinneberg County and the city of Quickborn in the summer of 2008. We offer our local association partners competent advice and support in all IT areas. We currently serve in Schleswig-Holstein with approx. 300 colleagues around 7,500 jobs are distributed over 250 locations.

For this administrative upgrade, we are looking for sleeve-high-cutters, creators and over-three-edged guckers. We are happy if you support us permanently and full-time as Specialist informatics*in on-site service of the School IT (w/m/d) at our location in Büdelsdorf.

You take over the IT-representation of schools in Kronshagen, Flintbek, Molfsee, Mielkendorf, Langballig and Munkbrarup You process and prioritize tasks and tickets independently You take over the maintenance of IT systems as well as hardware and software on site You enter the different systems and applications at schools You are responsible for installing and preparing the hardware for the schools You deliver hardware to local schools and build them You support projects and rollouts at various local schools You communicate with external service providers and control the resulting processes

You have a completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. as a specialist informant*in) or can demonstrate several years of professional experience in the care, maintenance and support of IT systems. In addition to good knowledge of Windows client systems, you also have basic knowledge of Active Directory and Network You are strong in communication and highly customer-oriented as well as extremely team-oriented You are also friendly and accommodating to our customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations You have a class B licence Proofable very good German skills complete your profile (certificate German at language level C1, if German is not a native language)
