Technical management of cross-disciplinary projects to meet regulatory requirements and to optimize process and data quality Maintenance and further development of the data budget as well as continuous improvement of the quality of data and processes for analytical and regulatory reporting Designing efficient end-to-end processes (record-to-report) and implementing solutions for process automation Coordination between departments, IT and external partners to minimize interface conflicts and to use synergies Monitoring of change processes, e.g. in the introduction of new processes or organisational structures Preparation of analyses, concepts and presentations and acquisition of the monitoring of project progress

Completed study of economics, mathematics, statistics, economic informatics or comparable degree Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function in a bank or in an audit/consulting company Very good knowledge of German and English or French Ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible manner, as well as targeted and addressable communication with internal stakeholders Extensive knowledge in project management and practice in project management Embossed Analytical, Strategic and Conceptual Thinking Power including Structured Methodology Competence High self-initiative, service orientation and joy in team-oriented work in a dynamic environment with design playroom Team-oriented, independent and result-oriented working methods Safe handling of MS Office programs and pronounced abilities with analysis software as well as knowledge in SQL and database analysis Knowledge of the implementation and fulfilment of regulatory requirements for financial institutions and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements from KWG, MaRisk and CRD/CRR
