Assistant workshop manager (m/f/d)

Leading technician: You act as a working workshop manager, pack on themselves and delegate your technicians at the same time. You receive internal orders, work them independently by pre-assembling and sharing all information for successful repair or maintenance. In addition, answer questions to our technicians and help solve technical problems with our construction cranes and devices. You will be supported internally and externally by our suppliers. Organization: You keep an eye on the repairs and maintenance and always have a look at the starting date so that our projects throughout Germany can remain on schedule. Responsibility You independently document the repairs and maintenance and make sure that the delegates have performed tasks. You are responsible for and documenting the entire order and completing it in our company systems. Support: You support the service disposition when accepting fault messages from our customers. Cooperation: You work closely with the technical teams and product developers to pass on feedback from the technicians and to encourage improvements.

You have a technical background as a mechanic or electrician, preferably in crane technology, and have gained first experience in handling computer systems. You have excellent communication skills and can provide technical information clearly to your colleagues. Problem-solving thinking and teamwork are your strengths. Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but enthusiasm and readiness to learn are even more important!
