HR Consultant for Training & Recruiting (m/f/d)

Education Conception and further development of occupational vocational training, trainees and dual students, taking into account the operational training needs. Coordination and coordination with internal departments (trainers and training officers) and external partners, vocational schools and chambers. Support for trainees in the over-competent topics and support for personal and organisational concerns. Planning and implementing measures for quality assurance of training. Organisation and monitoring of performance assessments and participation in testing processes. Recruiting Care and advice of a separate department in the entire recruiting process. Creation and publication of job advertisements and selection of suitable candidates. Conducting interviews and accompanying the selection process. Take over administrative activities in applicant management and support for HR admin activities. Participation in university, training and career fairs as well as other employer branding activities.

Completed commercial training with multiannual relevant professional experience or study with a focus on staff, pedagogy or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in HR, ideally in training or recruiting. You are very versed in handling Excel and possess knowledge in an HRM ERP system, desirable in SAP HCM. Joy in working with young people and strong communication skills. Structured, independent working and conceptual skills. High service orientation and team spirit.
