Ensuring process maintenance and continuous process optimization Maintaining and managing datasets in local traffic (e.g. installing new tours, cleaning double delivery information) Function as contact person for contracted transport operators including consulting Post-care of geokoordinates & processing of unknown recipient types Management of our mobile scanning equipment with order, distribution & repair management Control of touring leaves in the system partner folder Administration & administration of various resources (edition, inventory & inventory management)

Complete training in forwarding and logistics or business studies, ideally with a focus on logistics Closed commercial training, e.g. office management, forwarding and logistics services, industrial businessman or comparable Multiannual industry experience as well as multiannual experience in the planning and disposition of tours First commercial professional experience, ideally in the logistics environment / local transport (no need) Impressed communication and team skills and negotiation skills Ability to quickly work into new IT systems Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Structured operation
