• Completed commercial (e.g. industrial, office or office management) or technical training
• Ideally experience in counting and measuring as well as knowledge in ASS, GM, SAP, CRM and MS Office

• Coordination and feedback of work orders for assigned technicians
• Processing of standardized and individual processes including Data management in IT systems
• Telephone and written communication with internal and external contacts
• Processing of locks, counter extensions and cases of unauthorized energy withdrawal
• Support in warehouse management and material procurement via catalogue systems
