The Tribe Data Analytics develops innovative AI solutions specifically for the corporate customer business of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken. Our goal: integrate AI seamlessly into the consulting process to improve customer experiences sustainably and make banks fit for the future. After a successful discovery phase, we are now looking for a product owner (m/w/d) that puts our developed MVP into practice, continuously developing it and building the right team for it.

Responsibility for transferring our AI prototype from the discovery phase to the delivery phase and successful introduction to practice Establishment and professional leadership of a dedicated team to further develop the solution Planning and prioritization of new features and requirements in close coordination with stakeholders and users: Coordination and control of agile product development according to the SAFe model Ensuring the connection and integration of generic AI solutions, in particular by APIs of language models Cooperation with internal departments, external partners and representatives:in the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken to continuously optimize the product

What is important to us: No one can do anything, the right mix does it! Successful degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or Comparative Qualification Knowledge in the domain banking and corporate customer business, ideally already experience within the cooperative financial group Ideally experience as a product owner with certification and practical experience in agile environment (SAFe Framework preferred) High interest in AI, ideally experience with AI projects, especially with generic AI and API-based integrations Structured and independent working, strong entrepreneurial thinking and high problem-solving competence Embossed communicative skills in German and English as well as very high team skills and interdisciplinary working
