Become a team leader (m/w/d) in Halle (Saale) part of a large logistics family and strengthen our contract logistics team. How to introduce yourself

• Control and monitoring of personnel use and specified workflows

• Professional management of employees and trainees, organisation of or incorporating new employees, takeover of instruction and administrative tasks

• Acquisition of operations, organisation of rapid and qualitative processing of work processes

• Documentation of errors / disturbances as well as introduction of appropriate corrective and preventive measures

• Ensuring proper layer transfer

• Recording / processing of waste water

• Observation / control of the ArbZG, procedural / and working instructions, operating arrangements and all safety regulations

• Maintaining a positive working atmosphere with a calm and objective way of dealing

• Complete training as a specialist camper desirable and proven professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics

• First experience in employee leadership and motivation

• Very good understanding of figures and quick understanding

• Communication and enforcement strength

• Self-motivation and loadability, reliability and accuracy

• High level of social and communication competence

• Structured and team-oriented working style

• Ready for shift and Saturday work
