Operations Manager Building Service - nationwide (m/f/d)

As Operations Manager, you are the central interface between management, department managers and the operational teams on site. Their focus is on quality assurance, process optimization and the sustainable development of our services. Their responsibility includes in particular: Operational support and support of all regions and locations in Germany Direct contact for our department managers in all operational issues Regular on-site presence in our objects – also in the early morning and evening hours Performance of quality controls and object visits Analysis and optimization of cleaning processes and work processes Identification and implementation of savings and optimization potentials Support for personnel, holiday and operational planning Ensuring uniform quality standards throughout the federal territory Processing of complaints and carrying out customer discussions on site Development and implementation of concrete measures for quality improvement Follow-up and control of agreed measures Support for objects, visits and special projects Introduction of more structure, transparency and continuity in operational processes Creation of regular reports and daily reporting to management Close cooperation with all managers to continuously improve our services

Multiannual experience in building cleaning or in infrastructure facility management Specialized knowledge of flooring and materials Experience in managing and managing operational teams Excellent quality awareness and high service orientation Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively implement solutions on site Strong organizational skills and structured work Communication strength and enforcement capacity Secure appearance to customers, employees and executives High readiness for travel within Germany Flexibility in terms of working hours and on-site appointments Good knowledge of personnel planning, quality management and process optimization Safe handling of MS Office and digital documentation systems Driving licence class B mandatory
