We are looking for the Legal Directorate / Department of Rights Management and Strategy for a material processing (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) with the focus on billing. As material processing (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) with the focus on billing, you play a central role in the acquisition of copyright and performance rights in the content of Bayerischer Rundfunk. In this versatile position, you are in particular responsible for auditing and releasing fees from free employees for their creative activities. In addition, you ask for the creation of contractual agreements to obtain the right to use the BR - the basis for using our content and making it available to our audience. As an honorary manager (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), you will independently process all assigned fees to free employees in our accounting system ODEM (especially in the field of topicality and for individual transmission series) You examine (based on collective agreements, reconciliation with individual contracts, compliance with the fee framework, etc.) contractual conditions and discuss this with editors and the department compensation management You have contractual arrangements, in particular for audiovisual programs and content, including control of complete and correct filling of editorial staff, as well as the collection of signatures and shipping You act as an interface to the editors of your task, advise them and share the relevant information In addition, you are responsible for storing the relevant transmission documents for billing, including preparation for optical archiving As part of the team, you take the representations from your colleagues and, if necessary, also supports them in other tasks
