In this role, you take a central strategic HR function at the location. You act as a savings partner in the management and executives, connect strategic personnel with sound operational understanding and actively participate in the further development of our HR structures in the national and international context. Your focus Strategic HR Business Partner Roll Full consultation and support of management and executives in all personal, organizational and labour law issues Active participation of organisational, cultural and leadership development processes Sparring partners at eye level on topics such as leadership, performance, cooperation, personnel planning and change management Trustful cooperation with internal interfaces and works council Accompanying growth, change and restructuring processes at the site HR Strategy, Processes & Development Developing and ensuring future-oriented HR structures, processes and guidelines Responsibility for the standardization, digitization and professionalization of HR landscape Management and cooperation in strategic HR projects (e.g. HR processes, systems, personnel development, employer branding) Participation in succession, talent and personnel development programs Competence matrix Compensation and Benefits Support of incentive systems (MBO and commission models) Recruiting, training & employer attractiveness Strategic responsibility for recruiting across the entire end-to-end process Further development of modern recruiting strategies, active-sourcing approaches and employer-branding measures Ensuring professional onboarding and a positive Candidate Experience Management and further development of vocational training (commercial & commercial) including training marketing and external cooperation HR-Controlling & international interfaces Structure, care and further development of meaningful HR key figures, reports and dashboards Participation in personnel costs, budget and forecast planning Detection of sound recommendations for management and management Close cooperation with AETNA Group's HR headquarters in the function of a local HR Business Partner Regular coordination with the Controlling headquarters to key figures, budgets and HR standards

Completed training/study or comparable qualification with a focus on personnel, BWL, economic psychology or a related area Multiannual relevant professional experience in a senior-HR role with a pronounced business partner approach Detectional experience in consulting and supporting executives and business management Very good knowledge of the right to work and participation Advantageous experience in medium-sized, manufacturing or internationally connected companies Analytical thinking, strategic strength and at the same time a pronounced hands‐on mentality High social competence, integrity, enforceability and empathy Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
