Your tasks:

• Work on an energy project in the construction site team Germany (Energiewende)
• construction site planning as part of a turnkey project; and interact with the subcontractors at the construction site
• Analyze the construction site requirements and progress and check whether all essential work activities sufficiently detailed
• Analyze and validate the schedules of the Subcontractor and check the interfaces Plausibility and temporal feasibility
• Monitor changes and identify risks for Construction delays
• Create 3 weeks preview plans (3-week look ahead) for the weekly construction site meetings. They show critical and missing activities on with special focus on interfaces between structures
• Apply the “Pull Plan”
• Define with the team the necessary Resources-equipped/integrated basic and current schedules for further creation of actual and forecast data for the project
• Monitor the progress of the construction project and analyze the critical path of entrepreneurs to Ensuring that all processes on the critical path and the Milestones are planned. Notify the building manager and the project team about deviations and scheduling problems
• Create regular progress reports for the construction site (Progress S-curves, scheduling, OTDs)
• Work together with the colleagues of the project team at the continuous improvement of our business processes
• Support the project team in risk analysis

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies of engineering (construction, Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (Bachelor / Master / Dipl.), Focus on project management is advantageous
• deeper knowledge in the planning, monitoring and control of turnkey projects (construction, assembly and Commissioning activities
• experience in handling subcontractors for construction and Installation
• experience in the planning and appointment of flat-rate projects, in particular construction and assembly activities - experience in Construction management and TGA is an advantage
• A thorough understanding of the logical sequence and the linking project execution activities to Turnkey projects
• experience in planning activities and monitoring Implementation plans and physical progress
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Primavera P6
• Certification/Continuing PMI-SP is advantageous
• Very good communication skills, pronounced customer orientation as well as a structured working method and Team skills
• English and German fluent in word and writing
