You organize the secretariat of your team of lawyers and answer your area You process the inbox and exit, deadlines and dates You communicate with clients, authorities and courts You take over the file, control and file deposit You carry out the billing of clients by fee agreement and RGV You are responsible for travel management from travel planning to billing

You are trained lawyers (gn) or have a comparable qualification or comparable knowledge and experience in a law firm Very good knowledge of German language You have English skills in word and writing Routinized handling of MS Office applications You are characterized by an independent, conscientious and proactive working style. You like to work in a challenging environment, are flexible and a team player
