The Service Department is responsible for coordinating, organizing and offering the end-user services of the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek. Within the use services, telephony and document delivery are responsible for regional and supra-regional literature supply. They provide books, record copies and digital documents of various kinds throughout Germany and internationally to the benefiters in other libraries and on site and enable the benefiters of the BSB to borrow media that are not available on site. Telelibrary and document delivery services are therefore an important component of library services, which serve to promote science and further education.

3 TV-L, part-time between 15 and 20 hours per week, limited for 24 months

Your tasks:

• Participation in the loan
• o Processing of monograph orders of the active borrowing
• o Transport of ordered media
• o easy to sign
• o Booking
• Direct delivery services
• o Extract and reset media in magazines and reading rooms
• o Insert the order documents, control or Review
• o Sorting
• o Processing of order documents

Your qualification:

• Immatrikulation as a student

In addition, you have:

• very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• independent, precise and timely operation
• strong team skills
