As Team Manager IT - SAP Basis Services (m/w/d) take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the SAP Basic Services team This includes support and further development of the team through needs-based HR instruments such as employee discussions, coaching and personnel development measures As a leader, you are always on the side of the team, in particular with challenges and escalation cases You are responsible for operating with your team and ensure its continuous development & availability Reporting on quality assurance evaluations and strengthening cooperation within corporate IT and other areas of expertise As part of the IT Digitalization Strategy, you strategically design and coordinate the IT service processes and IT infrastructure projects

Completed studies with a focus on IT, e.g. business informatics, computer science and comparable training as a specialist:in or cross-learner:in with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in a leadership role, preferably gained in the IT & SAP environment Self-understanding as a leadership that leads with joy and motivates SAP-based technologies such as SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, as well as experience with operating systems such as SuSe Linux or AIX, e.g. acquired as SAP-based administrator (m/w/d) or IT specialist (m/w/d) with focus on SAP, and secure knowledge in MS Office Analytical skills, conflict resolution competence, communication strength and a conscientious and customer-oriented way of working Flowing German and good English skills
