Responsibility for the product range in DACH: Market and competition analyses, performance tracking and derivation of clear recommendations for action With portfolio development based on consumer and shopper insights – including definition of local USPs and product advantages Ensure that all local requirements (packaging, claims, trade specifics, etc.) are taken into account in the global product development process Creating convincing sales documents (sell-in presentations, product data sheets, argumentation aids) to support customer presentations Control of local Go-to-Market Readiness for new products and relaunches: internal briefings, product story and sales activation Close cooperation with Sales, Trade/ Shopper Marketing, Brand Management and External Agencies to ensure that products are successfully activated on the market – from listing to implementation on the POS

completed studies in the field of BWL, marketing or communication sciences 3 - 5 years of professional experience in product management, brand marketing or trade / shopper marketing analytical thinking and safe handling of sales and market data (Sell-In / Sell-Out e.g. Circana, NielsenIQ) Communication strength, structured operation and cross-functional experience very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level
