Practical training of trainees (1st year of training) in the in-house hairdresser salon (workshop).

Your tasks

• The trainees are qualified by you according to the training framework plan
• You support them in addressing the challenges in their training and at the vocational school and motivate them
• You are in close contact with the social pedagogue:in and the team

Your profile

• Master or technician with training examination or specialist with training examination. or training for the hairdresser:in with training examination
• Team skills and empathy
• You're puggling with the approach
