As a communications talent you are for the telephone customer support incl. is responsible for the issue of price information and other information. Of course, you will always meet the right sound with incoming emails via the distributor. Whether customer requests from private, communical or commercial & industry: you accept orders and process existing contracts conscientiously and carefully. You agree internally for availability and provide the customer with a direct feedback. For complex customer requests, you forward this to colleagues from the sales service. If a customer isn't satisfied, you will take care of the processing as well as direct consultation with colleagues from the disposition due to your quiet and friendly way - because you don't get so quick. You bring a completed commercial training. Ideally, you have already gained experience in sales services. Your strengths include your strong customer orientation, your negotiation skills, your team skills and your very good communication skills. Your handling of computer systems is safe and especially in SAP and MS Office you are fit.
