As Client Success Specialist (m/w/d), you will be part of a Europe-wide team that works closely with our customers to ensure that they benefit the most from our (digital) services.

Position yourself as an expert for our products and services by always consulting up-to-date product and roadmap knowledge to provide our customers with the best possible service Promote the use of products and services by e.g. training with our customers to support customer loyalty and growth Support customers with different requests Support in implementing digital products with our customers Support the Account Management/Business Development Teams in customer talks Collect customer feedback to improve products Coordinate the verification of data accuracy with the customers Create regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders

You have a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification You bring experience in customer support and project management in a professional service and international B2B sales environment You are going to be quality-oriented and customer-oriented as well as structured, you know how you can set priorities and you like to take your own initiative You draw your attention through an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and hand-on mentality and are a team player You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing
