You control strategic, cross-departmental IT projects and transformation initiatives independently from start to finish. You plan and control the scope, resources, timetables and budgets and ensure the achievement of targets. Together with business IT teams and departments, you analyze and structure requirements, evaluate benefits, risks and options, and prepare sound basis for decisions. At the same time, you work on technical and technical solutions and keeps in mind process and system dependencies. In close coordination with all stakeholders, you coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, ensure transparent communication and tax coordination and escalation. You use modern project management methods and ensure compliance with IT standards and governance requirements. You will also accompany the introduction of new solutions and ensure their sustainable integration into existing processes.

You have completed your studies in business informatics, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience (approximately 7–10 years) in IT project management or IT transformation. Extensive practice in the control of complex, cross-departmental IT projects, as well as in-depth knowledge in project management methods such as PRINCE2 and agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban or SAFe). A good understanding of corporate processes and IT application landscapes is what distinguishes you. You are experienced in structured requirement management and in the development of sustainable, strategic solution options. In addition, you are convinced by strong management skills, high self-responsibility, analytical strength and enforcement capability. Very good communication and moderation skills as well as fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
