Head of Quality Assurance Mechanical/ Lock Smithery (m/f/d)

Responsibility for Quality Assurance Mechanical/Lock-Smithery at Kiel and Wismar locations, including the disciplinary leadership of all employees in this area Definition of the basic working of the group, ensuring personal development and promotion of employees and creating an effective and positive working environment Establishing transparency with regard to the quality situation and an open and effective error culture in cooperation with the areas of production lines to ensure proactive quality assurance Ensuring a quality-compliant acceptance of individual systems and equipment assemblies as well as their assembly through close cooperation with MFTs, master areas and AV as well as continuous monitoring of all production phases Ensuring continuous exchange with customer representatives: both internally and in operation with regard to customer requirements and their fulfillment and implementation of the transformation of quality control to quality assurance, in order to maintain customer satisfaction and further increase

Complete technical-nature studies or equivalent qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the field of equipment, in particular with fittings, valves and equipment assemblies, as well as their assembly Detectable leadership experience and ability to develop employees, combined with sovereign and positive radiation, high loadability, strong team and communication skills, and the willingness to participate in occasional missions Knowledge and multiannual practical experience in quality assurance and associated standards, preferably in the shipbuilding industry, as well as comprehensive understanding of quality and equipment processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, safe occurrence in interdisciplinary cooperation, active interface management and solution-oriented working in interdisciplinary teams High level of self-responsibility, autonomy, flexibility and negotiation skills in complex situations and strong leadership, with the focus of employees' concerns as central motivation
