Responsible project management of our projects from planning to use with a focus on electrical engineering Cross-structuring of the quality and work results of the design participants Quality assurance in execution through regular construction site visits Cost controlling in the project Implementation of project analyses including decision and change management as well as risk management in the field Ensuring compliance with contractually due performance in the project Preparing and running specialist project meetings Support for the acquisition of new projects Technical support of young engineers and working students Cross-departmental support for special topics in the field Support in creating and updating project templates

Complete studies in building technology, electrical engineering, automation technology, building automation or comparable qualification At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the planning, construction or project management of medium to large construction projects in the field of TGA, electrical engineering or building automation Funded knowledge of project management and the planning and implementation of technical building projects Experience in commissioning, acceptance and transfer processes Safe handling of AHO, HOAI and VOB (parts A, B and C) Impressed ability to prioritize, structured and self-responsive work High service and team orientation as well as communication strength in word and writing Binding and sovereign appearance with high quality awareness readiness for professional and personal development readiness and valid driving licence
