Lawyer (Senior) Associate Public Procurement Law and Public Commercial Law (m/f/d)

You are in direct contact with our clients from the outset and work closely with experienced partners that will enable you to train on the job. You advise contracting authorities or sectoral contractors and companies in complex national and pan-European procurement procedures – from legal and strategic preparation to the design of projects to the supervision of the procedure. You support the legal support of large infrastructure and digitalization projects as well as transformation projects in the fields of transport, health, energy and defence, and bring your legal know-how into ongoing mandates of public and private clients. You shall draw up expert opinions, opinions and draft contracts and represent clients in audit proceedings before award chambers and Oberlandesgerichts. You deal with issues of public economic law, in particular on regulatory law, funding law, commercial issues and compliance requirements in the public sector. You actively participate in the client acquisition and in the expansion of existing client relationships.

You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina. You ideally also bring a promotion and/or LL.M. First professional experience, also deepened, in the field of procurement law and in public economic law is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Their English skills are fluent in word and writing. You think entrepreneurial and work committed and independent. You have strong communication skills and convince by a high degree of curiosity and team capacity.
