The SOS Children's Villages Association worldwide is an independent, overarching child rights organization. Since 1963, the association has supported the global projects of the SOS children's villages with its headquarters in Munich and offices in Berlin and Düsseldorf. 200 employees are committed to the vision “Every child is a loving home”. With almost 3,000 programmes in over 130 countries, the organization offers support to children, young people and families in need through education, medical care and family support. The focus is on strengthening the family, sustainability, child rights and cultural sensitivity.

The Subsequent Division shall develop inheritances and legacy to the association with all legal and organizational questions arising therefrom. We continue to expand this area and are looking for a:n employee for our headquarters in Munich from the closest possible time:in (w/m/d) rebate in full time (38,5 hours/week).

Conduct all correspondence with authorities, courts, mitere, insurance, etc. - both independently and in cooperation with the competent lawyer with whom you form a team. Processing of all activities related to the settlement of a estate, such as organisation of burial, termination of personal insurance/contracts, dissolution of rental housing, recovery of assets of any kind Support of estate properties including the creation of additional cost accounting, correspondence with tenants, house administrations, utilities, technicians etc. Monitoring payment and exits Supporting our lawyers for all office activities such as file management, data management, monitoring of deadlines and repellents, file deposit, post office/exit Support in the continuous development/adaptation of our in-house software as well as the processes for digital processing of estates

You have a completed commercial or legal training, such as, for example, merchant/wife for office management, lawyer/notariat specialists, insurance/tax-employees, real estate businessman/wife or comparable You can ideally have two years of professional experience You are versed in handling the necessary information technologies (MS Office, database systems, digital file management and document management) You understand yourself as part of the team and can act well in the team You are ready for occasional missions within Germany You identify with the objectives of the SOS Children's Villages
