For our group of environmental protection and occupational safety, we are looking for a:n Information Security and Business Continuity Manager:in an indefinite job in parttime with 31.2 hours/week.

Construction, development and integration of a company-wide IT emergency management (BCM) including policies, processes and emergency documentation Creation and maintenance of emergency, alarm, escalation and restart concepts as well as avoidance and replacement procedures Definition of roles, responsibilities, communication and decision paths for IT emergencies and crisis situations Implementation of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to evaluate critical processes, dependencies and restart targets Support in the management of IT disputes and crises through coordination, escalation, documentation and follow-up Ensuring KRITIS, audit and compliance requirements including audit-proof documentation and audit management

Graduate (Master of Computer Science / Business Informatics) or equivalent knowledge and skills Complete training as an internal:r auditor:in accordance with DIN 19011 (ISO) and DIN 27001 (ISMS) desirable as well as driving licence class B Knowledge of relevant laws / regulations in the field of responsibility: BSI standard 200-4, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 27001, KRITIS/resilience requirements in the regulatory environment, energy safety and operational requirements Multiannual professional experience in an energy supply company, experience in business continuity management / emergency management, experience with staff work or deployment/crisis organisation Structured, analytical and predictive functioning and sovereignty in stress and crisis situations, communication and information skills
