Optimization of ERP functionality Visualization, analysis and optimization of processes Creation, support and consulting of change requests (testing, documentation, process integration) regarding digitization and automation projects Support in developing and implementing solutions for process automation and efficiency enhancement Creation of specifications and obligations as well as implementation concepts Link between departments and development Description and documentation of business processes Design of new processes and guidance and monitoring of project-related working groups Cooperation in projects / workshops

Complete studies in the field of IT or business (e.g. business informatics, business information management, BWL, etc.) or training as a specialist informant or comparable qualification Experience in project management and process management Experience in handling ERP systems desirable Experience in handling ticket systems (e.g. Jira) Process Design software knowledge would be desirable You are secure for communication and have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing A quick understanding and independent work as well as team spirit complete your profile
