Construction engineer*in (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) for new and remodeling projects

Heading of subprojects with structural priorities Construction and construction services Ensuring the economic, quality and timely execution of planning and construction services Management, organisation and documentation of meetings Participation in financial planning including the creation of approval and financing applications Creation of tender documents and performance directories or Performance and allocation of planning and construction services Coordination of external planners and service providers as well as examination and acceptance of results Creation of documentation, reports and decision templates Implementation of computer systems (AVA system, project documentation) for the projects Maintenance of the infrastructure database Date and cost control Auditing and clearance of invoices Takeover of plant responsibility

Completed degree with Diploma or Bachelor/Master in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification Knowledge of the relevant laws, in particular VOB/VOL, HOAI, AHO, VDV fonts, FGSV regulations, DIN/EN Basic knowledge CAD Self-responsibility, self-responsibility and organisational capacity Engagement, rich in ideas and flexibility Reliability, teamability and good communication skills Analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking Safe handling of MS Office applications We require willingness to continue
