What started in 1885 as a traditional butcher is today a large and modern company with 6 locations and over 2,900 employees.

Your duties include: Head of the canteen staff of currently 6 employees, including service planning Development and implementation of varied menu plans Design of the canteen to a modern and cozy place Monitoring compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with prescribed guidelines Selection of suppliers and ordering ingredients and products Control and optimization of costs satisfying customers, taking into account the wishes and feedback of the guests Implementation of smaller actions to bring more employees to the canteen

What you bring: Completed vocational training for the cook Professional experience in gastronomy, ideal in a similar position Experience in the management of staff is desirable Very good organizational skills Strong service orientation Very good knowledge of food hygiene and health protection Creative ideas in food preparation Good MS Office knowledge
