You will gain insights into the entire range of personnel development: This includes the organisation of our in-house training for employees and executives as well as the support of our Career Sprint development programme Supporting internal personal development portals and offers, you can process individual requests from the genoes You actively support and accompany the team from the start on operational topics in daily business As an organizational institution, you keep an overview and support in the planning, coordination and implementation of dates and procedures You get the opportunity to introduce your own ideas and gain practical insights into the HR sector

You are currently enrolled in the field of human resources management, (economic)psychology, BWL, communication sciences or comparable and can at best support us with 20 hours a week It is easy to work structured and precise, to keep details in mind and to organize tasks You have distinct organizational skills and an independent and careful way of working You have fluent German skills (at least level C1) in word and writing
