Workshop Manager - Master Mechanic / Service Advice (m/f/d)

You take over the professional leadership of the workshop team, including trainees, and are responsible for the high quality of all service and repair work. You control the workshop utilization as well as the operational planning of your employees and thus ensure a smooth and economical operation. As a co-worker:r Master: pack yourself in, carry out complex vehicle diagnostics and secure the work results by final final checks. In close cooperation with the service consulting, you ensure excellent customer support and are competent:r contact person:in case of technical questions. You ensure compliance with all standards for work safety and ensure a technically perfect condition of workshop equipment.

You have a completed training to the motor vehicle master (m/w/d) and ideally bring with you the first leadership experience. You have a well-founded knowledge of personnel management and occupational safety. Their work is characterised by self-initiative, flexibility and cost-conscious action. In dealing with customers and employees, you prove your strong communication skills. You have a class B driver's license and communicate in German with a safe treatment.
