Because you analyze and interpret HR data, transform them into exciting reports and dashboards – and make data real insights Key figures: You develop and define KPIs that express more than just numbers – whether personnel stock, turnover, recruitment, talent development, remuneration or diversity People Analytics & Insights: You immerse themselves in the data, discover patterns and trends and use predictive models to detect future developments early on Stakeholder: Analytical results and recommendations for action communicate to the areas of expertise in a targeted manner and advise them on the interpretation of data and the derivation of concrete measures Compliance and data protection: Data protection is natural for you – you ensure that your analyses and data collections meet the legal requirements at any time

Expertise: Studies or commercial training? We are especially important for your skills, the right mindset and a well-founded professional experience of at least three years in a similar position, preferably in the field of reporting, people analytics, business intelligence or a comparable data analysis role, ideally in the HR environment Analytical and technical competence: You are routined in the analysis and interpretation of complex data and control the safe handling of BI and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikSense), statistical software or programming languages (e.g. R, Python) and MS Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query) Project Management: You bring experience in independent planning, coordination and implementation of projects with Communication strength & customer orientation: You understand the needs of your internal and external customers, can represent complex issues in a comprehensible way and bring proactive optimization suggestions Detail Orientation & Confidentiality: Care and precision are of course for you – never lose sight of the whole and know how important confidentiality in handling data is Teamplayer: You are happy to collaborate in the team and build a network with different stakeholders Adaptability & learning readiness: New challenges, tools and technologies awaken your ambition?
