You independently manage multi-family houses and larger real estate projects without WEG management You set up timely operating costs including proof check and communicate them professionally with the tenants:inside You act as a competent contact person for all rent accommodation and provide long-term customer relationships (rental care) You first, check and monitor service contracts with external partners You coordinate appointments with craft businesses and service providers and carry out quality and cost controls

You have a completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or a completed training in real estate, desirable or a comparable qualification - for example a commercial training. Professional experience in house management, especially in the creation and settlement of operating expenses You master the management software Immoware24 or have experience in similar programs You have well-founded knowledge of rental and contract law and contract negotiation Self-employed and structured work Self- and team management Organisational and planning capability driving licence
