The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a well-known aid organisation and a free, non-profit body of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees. The SOS Children's Village Pfalz in Eisenberg is a youth support facility with children's village families and groups of homes, a children's day and a consulting and family centre. For our SOS Children's Village Pfalz we are looking for an additional time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.) Our group of homes with a trauma pedagogical focus provides a safe and loving place for six children aged 4 and over, who cannot grow up in their system of origin in the medium to long term. Together with your 5 colleagues, a household power and our trainees, you will support and provide the children in everyday life and create detailed relationship offers for them. In individual and small group offerings, you can count on the representatives. You contribute to the planning and objective of assistance and write development reports. You organize leisure activities and carry them through. You will be happy to participate in AGÂ ́s, projects and activities of our SOS Children's Village Pfalz. You are conscientiously implementing the protection of children and persons.

You have a completed training as a state-approved educator*in or a university degree of social education. You already have a trauma-pedagogical additional qualification or provide the willingness to participate in further training on this priority. You are open to learning the 'Doing Family' approach (training) and to put it into practice. You like to work together in the team and a good working atmosphere is important to you. You have knowledge of child protection issues, child rights and the right to participate. You bring about a resource-oriented attitude and work in a solution-oriented manner. You maintain a professional handling of nearness and distance to the representatives.
