Inside Sales / Internal Services Sales for Ford Commercial Vehicles (Transporter) and Cars in Commercial Customers – from demand analysis to completion. Active support and development of existing customers as well as structured new customer address (telephone/digital). Creation of individual offers incl. Leasing, financing, insurance and service/maintenance packages – adapted to use, industry and fleet requirements. Follow-up of leads, bid and tender requests as well as consistent follow-up to the final increase. Close cooperation with external service/sales, disposition and service for fast response times and smooth transfers. Administrative activities relating to contract documents and systematic maintenance of customer data (CRM).

Closed commercial training (e.g. automobile dealer, merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade, etc.) or comparable experience in sales/internal services. Experience in sales and ideally touch points with commercial vehicles/transporter solutions. Communication strong, service-oriented, binding – you can advise and work simultaneously on completion. Structured, independent operation and fun to control several processes in parallel clean. Driving license class B. Important: You don't have to bring everything – motivation, readiness to learn and sales drive are crucial.
