Lean and Training Manager (m/f/d)

You conceptualize didactically high-quality training for professional and disciplinary executives at our German-wide logistics locations in the automotive and contract divisions. More exciting new tasks await you: You take over the subproject management in new business operations and, together with interface departments, ensure smooth onboarding from the first day. You perform Awareness training in the context of Six Sigma as well as further defined trainings for our operational executives. You perform a close interface function to our personnel and organizational development and develop strategic concepts for the entire company as a voice tube from the operational business. You will independently design and carry out Train-The-Trainer training for knowledge transfer for multipliers:insides and managers at our locations. In doing so, you continue to conceptualize and develop standards on methods of leaning and training and do not lose sight of the different target groups. With your experience, you will guide the contact persons:inside for training at our sites and ensure regular professional exchange with our community. You create a culture of learning and anchor our Lean culture by designing and conducting workshops for executives and employees.

You will successfully transfer your experience to your actions and create the opportunity to inspire others to learn. You have been able to constantly demonstrate the conception and development of high-quality training and learning formats, for example in the form of presence trainings, e-learnings or blended learning offers. Based on a successful degree in economic psychology, adult education, business management or logistics, you have professional experience in the field of training, lean and project management as well as in the field of learning and development with knowledge in adult education, didactics and methodology for designing learning content. Even conceptual trainings can be done with passion, allowing you to focus on the different stakeholders and inspire them to learn. You will find associated occasional journeys to our nationwide locations as an enrichment of your daily business. You can analyze facts clearly and conclusively. You have an excellent communication talent and thus the ability to express and listen to the situation. Ideally, you have knowledge of contract or automotive logistics and lean management or production system are not foreign words for you. As an organizational designer, you work to a great extent independently and it is easy for you to take people thematically. You appreciate teamwork and the ability to take on professional responsibility. You are convinced by your fluent German in word and writing and understand MS Excel as well as PowerPoint not as a challenge, but as a daily work tool that you like to use.
