In cooperation with your team from Financial Services, you will advise credit institutions, insurance companies, asset management companies and real estate companies in the (digital) transformation, development of new business models and in the optimization of business processes.

You are critical of the statement “process optimization can everyone”? Then you can work with us on exciting topics including: Strategy and Transformation: You take on the development of new business models, the analysis of market trends, and the design of innovative products and processes. You fully advise our customers and customers in their transformation into an automated future. Operational Excellence: You advise our customers and customers on the basis of analyses carried out on optimisation and automation potentials of business processes and organizational structures. Customer Centricity: You shape the customer experiences of tomorrow - between innovation and regulatory. To do this, you bring the distribution of financial services to the next level, design innovative customer portals or introduce the most modern technologies in experience management. Digital Assets: You advise our customers and customers to develop and implement their Digital Assets strategy and support the development of DLT-based business models and the introduction of DLT infrastructures. Sustainable Finance: You support our clients in the successful ESG transformation of their business model. This includes, among other things, the creation of a transparent ESG strategy, the integration of sustainability elements into the process landscape, efficient connection of ESG data providers and much more.

Completed studies of economics, industrial informatics or industrial engineering or you have successfully completed a similar qualification, e.g. with industry focus. First practical experience and interest in the field of corporate consulting and in one of our focus sectors credit institutions, insurance companies, asset management companies and real estate companies. Passion for strategy, organization and process consulting. Technical affinity for digital trends (e.g.: digital assets, AI, digital platforms). First experiences in project management as well as very good communication and presentation skills in German and English. Expressed readiness to travel to meet the challenges of the future with your colleagues.
