Assist with the delivery of safety performance and monitoring aligned with team goals Facilitate safety at EU AIR Gateways and support WHS teams across the network, including Cargo Operations Implement WHS programs and monitor the EU Gateway WHS Safety Oversight Programs Conduct site visits/ assessments and participate in audits across the EU network to determine areas of improvement and monitor follow-up actions Ensure compliance with Amazon AIR WHS standards and local (national)/ EU legislation Generate in-depth analyses and actionable recommendations for business reviews Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Lead safety investigations and incident prevention programs Maintain accurate AIR Safety documentation and WHS data systems Collaborate with internal teams Assist with team member coordination and training Support new launches and assessments Program Management: Implementation ISO 45001 Management System Standards Develop and maintain WHS policies aligned with local regulations and Amazon standards Improve change management processes Present program updates in business reviews (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) Coordinate safety projects from inception to deliver, including global projects Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making Partner with internal and external teams to develop programs effectively and ensure effective implementation
