You define the selection criteria, conduct negotiations and establish long-term partnerships for a stable installation capacity You continuously analyze and improve internal processes and implement optimizations successfully and sustainably. You work closely with relevant interfaces, convince stakeholders and promote cross-disciplinary cooperation. You opt for the interfaces so that after-contractors:use our digital tools (Field service app) smoothly and implement our standards “as on their own” You monitor the project pipeline as well as the performance of the partner companies and report directly to the management in terms of budget, deadline and quality You set technical standards for technical design and commissioning, which serve as binding guidelines for all external partners:

You have a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in supply technology / renewable energies or have a comparable qualification with sound knowledge in heat pump technology You bring enthusiasm for leading and developing a motivated team and have more than 5 years of professional experience, including 3-4 years as Team Lead You have experience in managing and managing after-contractors:in large-scale projects and know how to motivate external trades to top performance You use field service apps and digital workflows as leverage to manage external partners efficiently and keep full transparency about the construction site progress You meet decisions data-based and understand how to economically scale installation processes by standardization You are sure to move in the negotiation with specialist companies and secure a win-win situation for both sides
