Maintenance, repair and optimization of injection moulding tools, devices and molds to ensure smooth production Analysis of malfunctions and performing targeted repair and maintenance measures on mechanical components Production of spare parts and special components according to technical drawings or pattern specifications Participation in commissioning, adaptation and optimization of new tools Own documentation of all maintenance and repair work carried out and maintenance of maintenance documents in the maintenance system Close cooperation with production and other maintenance areas to ensure high plant availability Supporting trainees and ensuring the placement of relevant training contents

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of tools and devices in the industrial environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical or plastics industry Experience in the care and guidance of trainees, ideally with AEVO qualification (training) Safe handling of conventional and CNC-controlled machines Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings Embossed technical understanding as well as a structured, independent and precise operation Teamability, initiative and a high level of responsibility readiness for shiftwork and flexible working times Place of use: Location Aachen, Germany Qualification: Minimum requirements for training: 1 Vocational training
