Project Manager HR Strategy, Organizational Development & Change Management – Full-time / Part-time

You are responsible for the planning, structuring and implementation of subprojects and individual work packages up to holistic HR projects of a wide range of topics – from the support of our annual employee survey to further organisational development and leadership development topics to the participation in the continuous development of our HR strategy You accompany change projects, bring your change management expertise and communication strength and ensure the success of implementation You are involved in the design of new HR products and take responsibility for communication across different formats Based on your strong conceptual ability, you will develop presentations and decision templates Stakeholder management at different levels up to the Executive Board completes your task

You have completed economic studies and have been able to gain at least 3 years of experience in the management of (HR) projects You could demonstrate your analytical thinking skills, strong solution skills and communicative skills in past stations – also in the consulting environment You bring safe presentation and moderation capabilities as well as distinct design capabilities with You have a pronounced affinity for data, their evaluation and subsequent interpretation Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, to develop presentations and decision templates, complete your profile
