CNC lathe (m/w/d) for our grinding wheel production (Mazak and Siemens controllers)

We are an internationally operating company and have been among the leading manufacturers of diamond tools for over 100 years. Our products are used in a variety of industries. Whether aluminium rims, electric motors, wind turbines or projects like the Elbphilharmonie – there is also a piece of our work everywhere. We are looking for a CNC lathe (m/w/d) that works safely on the machine and has the pleasure of producing precise components in small series.

You program, set up and operate CNC lathes with Mazak or Siemens control You manufacture basics for aluminium and steel grinding wheels in small series (approx. 10–100 pieces) You equip the machines independently and ensure a stable manufacturing process You work according to technical drawings and pay attention to dimensional accuracy and surface quality You check your parts independently and make sure the quality is correct Smaller maintenance and maintenance will guide you routined by yourself

Experience in CNC turning and safe handling of common controls Ability to create programs and set up machines You have a good feeling for dimensional accuracy, cut values and clean results A structured and reliable operation A good understanding of precision and production processes Experience in conventional turning is of advantage
