Your mission:

• Planning, structuring and operational implementation of a modern, creative practice guide
• Accompanying and promoting trainees and ensuring a successful theory-practice association including documentation and performance assessment
• Design of a sustainable learning guide in close cooperation with training coordination, residence management and HR
• full focus on your educational role – without regular care or compensation of personnel failures
• Ensuring the 10% practice guidance rate as a basis for high quality training, azuubi satisfaction, successful exams and high takeover rates

Your skills:

• completed three-year training as a nursing specialist (care professional, nursing, nurse)
• completed training on the practical instructions and ideally an additional educational qualification or a study in the field of nursing education, vocational education or training management
• well-founded experience in practical training as well as a pronounced educational understanding
• conceptual strength, organisational skill and joy in developing training actively
• Communication strength, persuasiveness and the ability to network and inspire different contact persons
