You work in the living environment of clients and promote young people and their families. You support them in shaping changes, managing crises and implementing development goals You work in the design of aid in a culturally sensitive and oriented manner. You always have a look at child protection You actively shape cooperation with the Youth Office, institutions, authorities, schools and all stakeholders You systematically document your work in our IT-assisted client database and create development reports for the joint help planning You regularly reflect your social pedagogical work in different settings In addition, if you have training on child protection (ISEF), you will have the opportunity to work with the child protection team of the department

Completed studies of social work, social education (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) with state recognition or a comparable (technical) university degree You already have professional experience in social work, preferably in youth assistance and/or integration aid You value transparency, participation and appreciation as well as binding, targeted work You are able to develop both a social pedagogical assessment and a methodological approach and to adhere to it in writing in the form of reports/documents You act sovereign in crisis situations and it belongs to your working understanding of reflecting both your case management and your working relationships and developing professionally We look forward to further training, additional training, intercultural skills and additional language skills Teamwork Ability to Time and Self Management Estimation and empathy Professional roll understanding Ability to react appropriately and calmly in crisis or conflict situations Reliability, Liability and Responsibility Decision-making and actionability even in stressful situations
