As a Global Supply Chain Quality Manager (m|w|d), you run international teams, develop suppliers and ensure that quality is anchored in every process from the procurement strategy to the final collection. Your duties Leadership of global and regional quality teams and alignment of strategies at Voith Hydro's targets. Qualification and approval of suppliers through audits and monitoring of certifications and compliance with requirements. Implementation of preventive quality measures and support for supplier development activities (e.g. PFMEAs). Control of supplier performance by means of KPIs, initiation of corrective measures and decision on blockings or releases. Planning and coordination of inspections and FATs for suppliers and reporting to project quality teams. Your profile Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in engineering, supply chain management or a comparable field of expertise. At least 7 years of professional experience in supplier quality management, preferably in the renewable energy industry or in the industrial environment. Detectable leadership experience in managing international teams and complex projects. Deep knowledge of ISO standards, supplier audits and lean methods and their application in global supply chains. Embossed communication and negotiation capabilities and intercultural competence for cooperation with international stakeholders. knowledge of English in word and writing; Other languages are advantageous.
